Reducing heat stroke risks in factories | Why not use unused heat effectively for cooling?
Achieved a 30% reduction in electricity costs. We propose a sustainable low running cost solution for improving hot environments. Contributes to reducing heatstroke risk as well as energy conservation and decarbonization.
At Noritz, known for its water heaters, we provide a sustainable solution for improving hot environments (heat stroke countermeasures) by utilizing unused heat through our core technology for water heaters aimed at factories. Rather than simply adding cooling equipment, we propose a method to improve hot environments sustainably by utilizing unused cooling sources such as cold wastewater and groundwater, thereby reducing outdoor air pre-cooling and air conditioning load, all at a low running cost. As needed, we also combine measures such as optimizing dehumidification and outdoor air treatment to improve WBGT, as well as suppressing indoor heat dissipation through exhaust heat exchange, presenting improvement strategies suited to site conditions. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes unused cooling sources to improve hot environments at a low running cost ■ Supports the optimization of thermal environments considering outdoor air load, ventilation, humidity, and heat sources ■ Contributes to energy savings and decarbonization through reduced air conditioning load (reduction effects calculated based on local conditions) ■ Exchanges exhaust heat from compressors and furnace exhaust to suppress heat dissipation indoors *For more details, please refer to the materials.
